Born and raised just down the road at Wellington, Allison is a country girl at heart. She developed her solid grounding in the Real Estate Industry in Dubbo some 20 + years ago. She embraced the opportunity to work and learn within one of Country NSW largest Rent Rolls and over several years gained invaluable knowledge and experience.
In 2005, along with her husband John and family, they relocated to the Mid North Coast, where they enjoyed raising their family by the beach. This is also when they established their very reputable and successful specialist Property Management Agency over the course of 12 years. In time though, the Country started calling them home. Allison is delighted to have re-settled back to the Central West and loves Orange life in particular. What’s more, she’s extremely excited and proud to be establishing and heading up the Team of Orange Property Management Plus!
Real Estate and Property Management in particular, has become a highly legislated area of the Industry. Allison appreciates that her clients are relying on her to guide them and get things right. She prides herself on taking the guess work and worry out of being a landlord. Throughout the variety of challenges she may face each day, Allison enjoys the satisfaction of building lasting relationships through business.

As John and Allison’s daughter, Jessica has basically grown up on Property Management, with Applications, Ingoing Reports, Routines Inspections becoming her second language.
Jessica commenced her career in Real Estate on the Reception Desk of Port Macquarie Property Management at 16 years of age, where she learned the fundamentals of Property Management from the ground up. Jessica also gained invaluable experience working in a busy boutique Agency in the Inner West of Melbourne for a couple of years, before returning back to the family business and Coast. She continued to grow her skills from a Letting Officer, to a Property Manager, to a Business Development Manager and a Trust Accountant over the years. Jessica’s working knowledge of all aspects of Property Management gives her the ability to provide paramount service and understanding of her clients needs.
She loves working with people and seeks satisfaction from ensuring tenancies are well managed from start to finish, which delivers positive outcomes for both landlords and tenants alike.
She’s excited to have joined with her family here in Orange, to be part of this venture and very much looks forward to being of assistance.

John has established a successful career in Real Estate of some 16 years. He is motivated by offering superior, yet personal service to his clients. He certainly enjoys a chat and getting to know the needs and aspirations of his clients.
He is extremely excited to launch into this new venture with his wife Allison. As a team they have a track record that is unequalled, particularly in the field of Residential Property Management.
As a homeowner, (that has renovated on more than one occasion) and a landlord himself, he can identify with the challenges and complexities his clients may face.
For some time, John and his family resided on the Mid North Coast, but as a country boy, he is overjoyed to have returned to the Central West and put down roots in our picturesque township of Orange.

Born in Penrith, but raised locally in Blayney, Holly has grown up in a Real Estate focused household with her father enjoying a long term career within the Industry.
Hollys interest in the Property Management Sector was realised in her final year of High School.
Holly joined our team two years ago, where she’s has gained invaluable experience on the front line and completed her Certificate of Registration in Real Estate. Currently she is undergoing further study and training to complete her Real Estate Agents Licence Qualification. Holly is a welcome addition to our team, as she brings with her much passion and enthusiasm for doing things the right way.

Georgie was born in Dubbo and then grew up somewhat locally in Condobolin. She loves the country lifestyle and does not shy away from hard work. Also familiar with small family business, her family own and operated a Landscaping Service in Condobolin. In 2014 they relocated to Orange where they have happily settled into Orange Life.
Realising she was seeking a career within a professional industry, Georgie completed a Business Studies Course upon leaving School. She enjoys putting to work the various aspects of her Studies to this day. More recently Georgie has accomplished her Certificate of Registration in Real Estate and is continuing further studies to achieve her full Real Estate Agents Licence.
Georgie enjoys the challenges each new day brings at OPM+ and being an integral part of our Team. She is always ready to talk through and resolve any issues both Tenants and Landlords may be facing, and always with a smile. She eagerly awaits the opportunity to be of service.
